So did great this morning had some cheerios and a banana with two bottles of water. Then for lunch/dinner i had spinach with creamy cilantro dressing from fresh and easy and some guacamole with some blue tortilla chips and again two glasses of water. Then someones client came and left us MT in the back tons of krispy kreme donuts!!!!! NO! So i ate three mini donuts. Fail. Then came home and had a bowl of vanilla ice cream hahahaha. But on a good note i did way better than yesterday. Tomorrow im thinking some exercise and juicing. At least i had no soda and no fast food. Yay me.
