So I downloaded two apps on Google Play to learn how to speak Spanish. One is called Duolingo and the other is called Learn Spanish. So far I've only tried out the Duolingo and I love it! It starts to teach you everyday words and phrases you would use. I have to have it's hard for me I'm a very slow learner and I get frustrated so very easily. I'm putting my foot down though this time. I've been married to my wife for 4 yrs now and we have been together for 5yrs and her whole family speaks Spanish and her parents more so, you would think by now I would know a lot more than i do but i don't. That's all on me. I would love to be able to communicate with her parents and older siblings/family members a lot more than I already do. Plus if we ever decide to have kids I definitely want them to be bilingual. It pays more and its just all around better to know your cultural and be able to speak the language of your cultural, and we live in a area where a lot of people do speak Spanish. So why not. So hopefully in the next year I will be father than I am today. Janet and i are going to do this thing where i come home and i try to talk about my day at work to her in Spanish and if i need help or I say something wrong she will correct me. So lets see how this goes! Today my first day so wish me luck!
